STAFF AND BOARD EMAIL SIGNATURE
Email Signature
For brand consistency we ask that all current staff and board members utilise the same email signature on correspondence with external parties. On this page, you’ll find our current e-signature as well as instructions on how to add this to your outlook account.
How to change your signature
Click on the + icon beside the option below relevant to how you access Outlook e.g. Outlook Online (Office 365) if you utilise a browser for email access, or Outlook Desktop App if you utilise a local version of Outlook for email access.
Follow the instructions listed then complete the final check.
Outlook Online (Office 365)
- Open Outlook Online.
- Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.
- Select Mail → Compose and reply.
- Create a new signature called Rainforest Rescue.
- Return to this page and highlight the entire signature, from “For the rainforests,” down to the ChangePath logo.
- Copy and paste the signature into Outlook.
- Replace:
- [FirstName] [LastName]
- [Title]
- [Mobile] (optional – if you do not wish to include a mobile number, delete the entire line.)
- Save your changes.
Outlook Desktop App
- Open Outlook.
- Select Settings or Options and open Signatures.
- Create a new signature called Rainforest Rescue.
- Return to this page and highlight the entire signature, from “For the rainforests,” down to the ChangePath logo.
- Copy and paste the signature into Outlook.
- Replace:
- [FirstName] [LastName]
- [Title]
- [Mobile] (optional – if you do not wish to include a mobile number, delete the entire line.)
- Save your changes.
Outlook Mobile App
- Open the Outlook app.
- Tap your profile icon or menu icon in the top left.
- Tap the Settings icon.
- Tap Signature.
- If you have multiple email accounts, turn on “Per Account Signature”.
- Select your Rainforest Rescue email account.
- Paste in your signature.
- Replace
- [FirstName] [LastName]
- [Title]
- [Mobile] (optional – if you do not wish to include a mobile number, delete the entire line.)
- Save your changes.
Final check
Send yourself a test email and confirm that all imagery appears (RR logo, social media icons, affiliation logos) and ensure that all links work correctly.
