Why I love being part of this campaign

About my Artwork
This story is about a dream I had where two dugongs and a turtle were playing in the shallow water near the beach, but got stranded on the sand as the tide went out. When the tide returned, the dugongs jumped onto the turtles back and went into the deeper waters. There they fed on the sea grasses and became friends.

Why I love being part of this campaign
"The dots on my artwork represent the raindrops because we live in the rainforest and we have plenty of rain in our rainforest and is what makes our area nice and green. My artwork depicts all about me and my culture."
About my Artwork
This is the story of a mother and a baby dugong feeding on sea grass, the baby is learning from the mother how to eat the grass and where to find the sea grasses. This is how knowledge is passed down by our elders who teach us where to look for food through the seasons.
