Daintree Properties Saved So Far

The Daintree Rainforest is one of the most ecologically diverse and ancient ecosystems in the world, and one that is of international conservation importance. While most of the Daintree has been declared a World Heritage Area, areas of coastal lowland rainforest from the Daintree River to Cape Tribulation remain unprotected.

Rainforest Rescue’s Daintree Buy Back and Protect Forever Project identifies and purchases precious rainforest at risk of development and established nature Refuge status to protect it forever.
