Everyone's invited to Rainforest Rescue's Plant a Rainforest Community Planting days. We hold them regularly throughout the year, however the main plantings occur during the wet season between February and May.
You can help Rainforest Rescue plant trees and create a rainforest. An activity suitable for all ages. Bring the family. Help restore the natural environment.

Community Plantings in the Daintree
We are planting 9,000 trees in the Daintree this year and we need your help! Volunteers are invited to assist us Monday to Friday in the following locations:

Community Plantings in northern NSW
Sunday 1 August 2010 - Byron Creek, Bangalow Oval, Bangalow
There is a Plant a Rainforest day for National Tree Day on 1st of August along Byron Creek at the Bangalow Oval in Bangalow. Click here for a map.
In conjunction with the Bangalow River Care Group, we will be planting 1000 trees on the morning, from 9am - 12 noon. Please come along, but don't forget to bring hat, sunscreen, gloves and suitable footwear. There is disability access to the site.
